The Free plan lets you explore Weivo at no cost. It includes everything you need to run one prioritization project from start to finish. What is included:
  • 1 active project (deletion is allowed)
  • Unlimited stakeholders (stakeholders are never seat-priced or capped on any tier)
  • Up to 20 features
  • Up to 3 scenario snapshots
  • AI generation (decision report narratives, conflict suggestions, allocation narratives) — not metered; subject only to a background rate limit
  • PDF export with “Made with Weivo” watermark
  • “Made with Weivo” branding on shared reports
  • All three planning modes (weighted, direct, allocation)
  • Stakeholder voting portal (stakeholders are always free participants — they never count against your seat)

The Pro plan removes all limits and gives you the full Weivo experience for serious product decisions. What is included:

Stakeholders are always free

Stakeholders who participate in the voting portal are never counted as paid seats. Stakeholder participation is a core part of how Weivo works, and we do not penalize you for involving more people in your decisions.

Upgrading to Pro

You can upgrade at any time from the Account settings in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and your projects are not affected. For questions about billing, see the Billing and Account FAQ.
