How to cancel
- Go to Account settings in the app (click your name or avatar in the top right)
- Open the Billing tab
- Click Manage billing — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal
- In the Stripe portal, select Cancel subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens after you cancel
- Your account stays active. You keep access to Weivo on the Free plan after your Pro subscription ends.
- Your data is preserved. All your projects, stakeholders, needs, and features remain in your account. Nothing is deleted.
- Free plan limits apply. If you have more than 1 project, you can still view all your existing projects, but you can only actively work in one. If you have more than 3 stakeholders or 15 features in a project, you can view the existing data but may not be able to add more until you are within Free plan limits.
- AI generations reset to 5/month. Your monthly AI generation limit resets to the Free plan allowance at the start of your next billing cycle.
