How to cancel

  1. Go to Account settings in the app (click your name or avatar in the top right)
  2. Open the Billing tab
  3. Click Manage billing — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal
  4. In the Stripe portal, select Cancel subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your account stays active. You keep access to Weivo on the Free plan after your Pro subscription ends.
  • Your data is preserved. All your projects, stakeholders, needs, and features remain in your account. Nothing is deleted.
  • Free plan limits apply. If you have more than 1 project, you can still view all your existing projects, but you can only actively work in one. If you have more than 3 stakeholders or 15 features in a project, you can view the existing data but may not be able to add more until you are within Free plan limits.
  • AI generations reset to 5/month. Your monthly AI generation limit resets to the Free plan allowance at the start of your next billing cycle.

Reactivating your subscription

You can reactivate Pro at any time from Account settings. Go to the Billing tab and click Upgrade to Pro. Your previous data is exactly as you left it.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email us at support@weivo.io and we will investigate.

Deleting your account

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Account settings and use the Delete account option. This action cannot be undone. See the Billing and Account FAQ for more information about account deletion.
