Weivo uses Stripe for payment processing. When you upgrade to Pro, you are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
Can I change my billing period from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?
Yes. Go to Account settings, open the Billing tab, and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can switch between monthly and annual billing. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Weivo does not offer a time-limited free trial. The Free plan is free indefinitely. If you are on the Free plan and hit a limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to Pro.
Email address changes are handled through account security settings. Go to Account settings and open the Security tab. If you need help, email us at support@weivo.io.
Go to Account settings, open the Security tab, and use the password change form. You can also use “Forgot password” on the login page to reset your password via email.
Go to Account settings, open the Security tab, and follow the setup flow for two-factor authentication (TOTP). You will need an authenticator app (such as Authy or Google Authenticator).
You can request a full data export from Account settings. The export is a JSON file containing all your projects, needs, stakeholders, features, and analysis data. This is provided in compliance with GDPR Article 20 (data portability).
You can delete your account from Account settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data immediately. If you are on Pro, your subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
Only you can see your projects. Stakeholders you invite can only access their specific voting session via their private link. Anyone you share a report link with can view that report only. Nothing else in your account is visible to others.
Your data remains in your account until you explicitly delete your account. Cancelling your Pro subscription downgrades you to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.
Weivo stores your data in Supabase (hosted on AWS us-east-1). AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude. For the full list of sub-processors, see our sub-processors page.
No. Your project data is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate decision report narratives and other AI features, but Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training (per their API usage policy).
